The 13-Step Plastic Packaging Manufacturing Process
Here’s a detailed look at how your custom packaging order moves through our system—from concept to container.
✅ Step 1: Receiving Your Order Request
We begin by carefully reviewing your inquiry. This includes understanding your packaging type, dimensions, material preference (HDPE, LDPE, compostable), required certifications, and expected delivery timeline.
✅ Step 2: Quotation Based on Your Specifications
Within 24–48 hours, our sales team sends you a clear, detailed quotation. This includes unit price based on volume, product specs, optional features (color, printing, core type), and suggested lead time.
✅ Step 3: Customer Order Confirmation
Once you approve the quotation, we finalize technical details and confirm the production timeline. Our technical support team steps in if further clarification is needed on structure or performance.
✅ Step 4: Contract Signing
We sign a formal contract covering pricing, terms, production specs, documentation, and payment methods. Everything is clearly recorded to prevent any misunderstanding later.
✅ Step 5: Flexible Payment Options
We offer international-friendly payment terms:
- T/T advance or phased
- L/C (Letter of Credit)
- Split payments based on production milestones
✅ Step 6: Product Sample Design & Engineering
Our in-house R&D and design team begins creating a sample based on your needs. Whether it’s custom dimensions, pantone-accurate printing, or a compostable formulation—we prototype exactly what you envision.
✅ Step 7: Sample Production & Quality Control
We manufacture your sample using the actual materials and machinery used in mass production. QC inspectors verify all sample aspects: seal strength, print alignment, thickness, flexibility, clarity, etc.
✅ Step 8: Express Sample Delivery Worldwide
Your sample is shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS with full tracking. We work to keep this timeline within 3–7 days depending on destination.
✅ Step 9: Customer Approval & Feedback
You review the sample for fit, function, and branding. We’re open to feedback and willing to revise the sample (if necessary) until you’re satisfied.
✅ Step 10: Mass Production in Certified Facility
Once approved, your order is launched into full production in our BRC/ISO-certified factory.
We maintain batch tracking and machine log sheets to ensure consistency. Large orders are split into controlled lots with separate QC checks.
✅ Step 11: Full Quality Assurance & Export Packing
Every batch undergoes a final inspection checklist including:
- Dimensions, film thickness, printing clarity
- Weight check per bundle/carton
- Inner & outer packaging conformity
- Barcode and label placement
We also prepare export-safe palletization or custom packaging if requested.

We handle all logistics steps:
- Booking and stuffing container (FCL/LCL)
- Verifying clean container conditions
- Loading plan optimization for safe transport
- Arranging with your forwarder or ours
✅ Step 13: Final Documentation Delivered
You receive a full documentation package via email and/or with goods:
- Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CO (Certificate of Origin)
- Test results, product photos, QC report
- Any other documents required by your local customs
