Administrative and HR Recruitment Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Recruitment:
    • Receive staffing requests from departments, department heads, and management.
    • Develop recruitment channels and communicate job openings through online and offline channels.
    • Determine costs for recruitment activities.
    • Screen resumes and manage candidate profiles.
    • Participate in interviewing for staff and specialist positions.
    • Onboard new hires.
    • Compile results of probationary evaluations.
    • Complete official onboarding paperwork.
    • Monitor personnel changes.
  2. Administrative and Office Reception:
    • Receive, process, and manage correspondence, letters, and packages.
    • Oversee the use and ordering of office supplies.
    • Print, scan, and photocopy documents.
    • Manage and coordinate meeting rooms.
    • Prepare documents for signature and circulate company documents as per procedures.
    • Handle logistics for meetings and conferences.
    • Track and manage office equipment and assets.
    • Ensure compliance with work time regulations, office rules, and company policies.
    • Operate the reception desk, welcome and guide visitors, clients, and suppliers.
    • Greet and manage interview candidates and perform administrative tasks for new hires.
  3. Consultation and Advisory:
    • Advise the HR department on controlling office supply, electricity, and water costs.
    • Provide recommendations to department heads and management for event organization and ceremonial functions.

  • Proficient in office software and AI technology.
  • English communication skills preferred.
