Job Description
- Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports for the Chairman of the Board (CTHĐQT).
- Plan and schedule itineraries for the CTHĐQT, including booking flights, arranging transportation, and reserving accommodation.
- Implement and communicate tasks from the CTHĐQT to various departments.
- Answer phone calls, messages from relevant parties, handle emails, and manage important correspondence.
- Arrange the CTHĐQT’s work schedule, plan meetings, conferences, and client receptions.
- Represent the CTHĐQT in making decisions when necessary and monitor work progress.
- Manage electronic and paper documents.
- Represent the CTHĐQT in welcoming clients and organizing company events.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, handle unexpected and complex situations, negotiate with clients, and anticipate business needs.
- Complete projects assigned by the CTHĐQT according to deadlines.
- Monitor the progress of company tasks, address personnel-related issues, assist in budgeting, and oversee budget allocation.
- Contribute suggestions and propose process improvements when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, etc.
- Data analysis skills.
- Proactive, with a good understanding of management.
- Preference for candidates with experience as an executive assistant in a manufacturing company.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in office software and good communication skills.
