Assistant to the Chairman of the Board

Job Description

  • Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports for the Chairman of the Board (CTHĐQT).
  • Plan and schedule itineraries for the CTHĐQT, including booking flights, arranging transportation, and reserving accommodation.
  • Implement and communicate tasks from the CTHĐQT to various departments.
  • Answer phone calls, messages from relevant parties, handle emails, and manage important correspondence.
  • Arrange the CTHĐQT’s work schedule, plan meetings, conferences, and client receptions.
  • Represent the CTHĐQT in making decisions when necessary and monitor work progress.
  • Manage electronic and paper documents.
  • Represent the CTHĐQT in welcoming clients and organizing company events.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, handle unexpected and complex situations, negotiate with clients, and anticipate business needs.
  • Complete projects assigned by the CTHĐQT according to deadlines.
  • Monitor the progress of company tasks, address personnel-related issues, assist in budgeting, and oversee budget allocation.
  • Contribute suggestions and propose process improvements when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, etc.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Proactive, with a good understanding of management.
  • Preference for candidates with experience as an executive assistant in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in office software and good communication skills.
