HAPLAST formerly run as a trading & exporting company, specialized in research, development & supply of packaging products.

We have connected many packaging producers in Vietnam with international customers, supporting them to reach out to the world and spread their products to many countries and regions.

So far, our exporting activities have reached 80 countries worldwide, and satisfied the most demanding markets.

In 2016, we run our 1st factory with area approximately 15000m2 located in Hung Yen province, Vietnam. Capacity reaches 1200 tons per month, meeting Japanese industrial standard (JSC), FDA standard of USA, BRC standard of Europe and qualified ISO 9001: 2015.

In October 2019, Haplast is honored to receive the OK Compost Home and OK Compost Industrial certificates from TUV, Belgium.

The 2nd larger factory, which area about 32000m2 is put into 28 January 2021 with output as 2,000 tons per month. The 2nd factory is also located in An Thi industrial zone – Hung Yen province.

Factories No.1

Established in August 2016, Factory No. 1 represents a significant production center in Do Ha Village, Quang Vinh Commune, An Thi District, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam 160000. Spanning 15,000 m2 and employing over 250 individuals, the factory achieved a production output exceeding 18,000 tons per year by January 2022. Its product portfolio encompasses a diverse range of polyethylene products, including T-shirts, flat bags (both loose and on rolls), luxury shopping bags, laundry bags, PE gloves, and various garbage bag formats. 

Committed to upholding stringent quality control, the factory adheres to ISO 9001:2015, BSCI, and BRC Europe Standard certifications. This commitment is facilitated by a comprehensive array of modern machinery, including 32 extruders, 20 printers, 58 cutting machines specialized for diverse bag types, and 30 supplementary auxiliary machines, enabling efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.

Factories No.2

Factory No. 2, established in December 2020 with a 30,000 m² workshop, has rapidly achieved significant production milestones. By January 2022, the facility had reached an annual output exceeding 36,000 tons. Situated in Bai Say Commune, An Thi district, Hung Yen, Vietnam, this factory specializes in the production of diverse plastic packaging solutions, including zipper/ziplock bags, specimen bags, S-cut bags on rolls, mailing bags, compostable bags, ice bags, draw tape bags on rolls, and agricultural plastic film. 

Production adheres to rigorous quality control, meeting the stringent requirements of OK Home Compost and BRC Europe standards. The factory boasts a modern infrastructure equipped with a comprehensive array of machinery, comprising 82 extruders, 50 printers, 120 cutting machines tailored for various bag types, and an additional 70 auxiliary machines. This combination of advanced equipment and stringent quality control allows Factory No. 2 to efficiently produce high-quality, standardized plastic packaging solutions.

Workshop 2

Our second workshop of Factory No.2 specializes in producing Woven/ Non-Woven Bags. Our competitive advantages are high capacity for applying modern machines, organizing highly skilled workers and stringent quality control. We gained the trust of customers in the United States, Italy, France, Holland, Sweden, and other European countries.
The main types of products are produced here:
* PP woven/ non-woven shopping bags (Sewn bags): 15,000,000 pcs
* PP non-woven sealed bags (T-shirt bags, Die cut bags,…): 10,000,000 pcs
* Plain PP woven bags: 6,000,000 pcs
* BOPP laminated PP woven bags, Kraft laminated PP woven bags: 5,000,000 pcs
* Jumbo bags: 100,000 pcs
* PE tarpaulin: 1,500 tons
* Others (sunshade net, safety net…): 2,000 tons

Factories No.3

Strategically located in VSIP Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam, Factory No. 3 is HAPLAST’s specialized hub for producing eco-friendly, single-use packaging for the food service industry. Designed to meet the growing demand for sustainable takeout solutions, the factory utilizes cutting-edge manufacturing processes that transform sugarcane by-products into 100% compostable tableware including plates, bowls, clamshells, takeaway boxes, trays, soup and sauce cups, egg trays, and more.
