We have been active in the plastic packaging industry since 2007, starting with trading activities that connected many Vietnamese manufacturers with international clients.

In 2016, we partnered with three other owners to establish Factory No.1, with a monthly capacity of 1,200 tons.
In 2020, we expanded by building Factory No.2, bringing our total monthly capacity to nearly 3,000 tons.

4. Can I get a sample before ordering?

We’re happy to provide free samples from our available stock so you can feel the quality yourself. Complimentary, unprinted samples from our existing inventory are readily available to facilitate firsthand evaluation of product quality. 

Custom requests are welcomed and can typically be fulfilled within two business days for unprinted iterations, and five days for printed versions. Furthermore, shipping costs are often waived to ensure a seamless and confident decision-making process prior to order placement.

5. Can you suggest packing styles?

6. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQs vary by product, but our standard terms are:

  • 1 ton for non-printed bags
  • 2 tons for printed bags

For mixed containers:

  • 20ft: up to 4 items
  • 40ft: up to 7 items
    (Additional mixing beyond this may incur a small surcharge.)

7. What’s the average lead time for an order?

For standard orders, our average lead times are as follows:

  • 20ft container: Approximately 7–10 working days
  • 40ft container: Approximately 12–15 working days

These estimates may vary slightly depending on product specifications, order complexity, and current production capacity. Rest assured, our team is committed to maintaining reliable timelines and will keep you informed throughout every stage of your order.

8. Which is your nearest export port?

Our nearest and primary export port is Haiphong Port, Vietnam. Strategically located in Northern Vietnam, Haiphong Port offers efficient access to major global shipping routes and is well-connected to our manufacturing facilities via highway and inland transport networks.

9. What are your payment terms?

We accept:

  • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): 30% deposit, 70% balance within 3 days after shipment
  • Letter of Credit (L/C): Irrevocable L/C at sight

10. Can we visit your factories?

Absolutely! We would be pleased to host you at our head office and manufacturing facilities at your convenience. We believe in building trust through transparency and welcome the opportunity for in-person discussions and factory tours.
