JOB DESCRIPTION

Consulting, Planning, Building, and Managing Organizational Systems:

  • Organize, modify, and manage organizational charts, job descriptions, and labor management regulations.
  • Develop and optimize the company’s organizational structure and HR processes.
  • Ensure the organizational structure aligns with the company’s development strategy.
  • Provide strategic advice to the leadership team on HR management and system governance.

Consulting, Planning, Building, and Managing Recruitment & Human Resource Development:

  • Responsible for planning the company’s human resources and proposing solutions for workforce development aligned with business goals.
  • Plan human resources to support production activities and business strategies.
  • Plan and manage recruitment, training programs, and HR development to meet business objectives.
  • Establish recruitment channels and coordinate with departments to hire suitable personnel.
  • Plan and implement training and skill development programs for employees.
  • Facilitate employee learning and career development within the company.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Oversee and manage employee performance evaluation and reward systems.
  • Advise, plan, and build the company’s employer brand.

With HAPLAST’s rapid growth, including the expansion of several factories and business areas, the HR Director will play a crucial role in advising, planning, developing, and managing human resources as well as attracting talent to achieve the Group’s long-term goals.

Performance Management and Employee Evaluation:

  • Operate the company’s salary, bonus, and employee benefits system.
  • Set up and manage the performance evaluation system.
  • Assign and assess monthly KPIs, and evaluate personnel according to regulations.

Labor Relations Management:

  • Organize and address issues related to labor relations.
  • Ensure a positive work environment, fostering cooperation and effective communication between departments.

Administrative and Office Management:

  • Organize and supervise clerical work, documentation, administrative management, and asset management.
  • Manage factory evaluations, ISO standards, and related criteria.

HR Department Operations Management:

  • Manage and oversee HR department staff, ensuring goals and objectives are met.
  • Plan, arrange, and delegate tasks to HR staff.
  • Develop and implement solutions, and cultivate the company’s culture.

Building and Monitoring Systems and Processes:

  • Develop and monitor HR department processes and inter-departmental procedures.
  • Continuously improve HR policies and procedures.

Planning, Building, and Developing Corporate Culture:

  • Build and develop corporate culture to promote a positive, cohesive, and innovative work environment.
  • Organize cultural activities, events, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure employees understand and adhere to the company’s core values.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve corporate culture based on employee feedback and current conditions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Male/Female, 30 years old (preferably female).
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields: Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, Accounting.
  • Over 3 years of experience in a similar role at manufacturing, export, and trade companies with 500 or more employees.
  • General knowledge of business management, deep understanding of HR administration, and familiarity with labor laws, social insurance, health insurance, and other labor-related policies.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing HR policies, building processes, regulations, and KPI systems.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to influence and motivate.
  • Skills in persuasion, analysis, synthesis, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Strategic thinking, strong in planning, system building, and policy advisory.
  • Flexible, perceptive, and skilled in managing relationships.
