Job Description:
- Develop goals and business strategies, including pricing strategies, product strategies, and communication strategies.
- Create and implement the objectives, strategies, and operational plans for the Sales Department.
- Develop advertising, community relations, direct marketing, and mass media marketing strategies, as well as international and multinational brand development.
- Identify and explore international customers.
- Research, evaluate, and develop target markets.
- Analyze market information, market segmentation, market trends, market size and growth prospects, competitors, and customer feedback.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with customers and potential clients.
- Conduct business transactions with foreign clients, including prospecting, quoting, and contract signing.
- Negotiate contract terms and monitor contracts through to completion.
- Provide customer care.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure orders are fulfilled according to the contract.
- Monitor customer shipments to prevent excessive stock accumulation.
- Track customer payments to ensure timely settlement of receivables.
- Escort and work with foreign customers visiting the factory.
- Report on business activities weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Perform other duties as required by the Sales Director or Executive Board.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Economics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position; experience in the plastics manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, with strong skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; TOEIC >650 or IELTS >6.5 is preferred.
- Strong skills in job management, presentation and analysis, negotiation, communication, synthesis, and information analysis.
- Expertise in sales and risk management.
- Knowledge of import-export and international payment processes is a plus.
- Attention to detail, honesty, ability to handle high pressure, and proactive in work.
- Willingness to learn and advance.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
