Job Description
- Periodically evaluate and rank outsourcing factories.
- Search for new outsourcing factories and manage relationships with existing ones. Conduct direct surveys and work with outsourcing factories.
- Explore and develop new products.
- Seek and provide quotations for sales department requests.
- Receive orders from the sales department, finalize contracts with outsourcing factories, and prepare cost estimates for orders.
- Plan market visits to manage relationships with existing factories and search for new outsourcing opportunities.
- Update data and information related to interactions with outsourcing factories.
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Provide regular reports on assigned tasks.
- Train new staff in the department as directed by the department head.
- Collaborate with order management staff to address any issues that arise during the order process.
Job Requirements
- Preferably with knowledge of buying and selling goods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Economic Law, or International Business.
- Detail-oriented, honest, able to work under high pressure, and proactive.
- Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to compile and analyze information and data.
- Specialized knowledge in sales and risk management.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong work management and analytical presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and advance.
