Position: QA Staff

1.Job Description

Quality Supervision During Production:

Monitor and control production processes to ensure products meet established standards and procedures.
Collaborate with relevant departments to identify potential issues in production and propose improvement measures.
Conduct periodic quality inspections at each production stage to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical requirements.

Inspection and Evaluation of Incoming Materials:

Ensure that incoming materials meet the company’s quality requirements and standards.
Coordinate with the purchasing department to address cases of non-compliant materials.

Handling and Resolving Quality Issues:

Promptly address and report product defects or process issues to relevant departments.
Track and oversee corrective measures to prevent recurring quality issues.

Quality Reporting:

Record, analyze, and prepare reports on product quality, defect rates, and process control status.
Propose continuous improvement measures to enhance product quality and production processes.

Participation in Internal and External Audits:

Participate in internal quality audits, customer audits, and external evaluations such as ISO, BRC, HACCP, GRS/GCS, BSCI, SCAN, SMETAC, CTCAP, etc.
Ensure that production processes and products comply with quality standards committed to customers and legal regulations.

Training and Enhancing Quality Awareness:

Support training for production staff and relevant departments on quality control processes and technical requirements.
Ensure employees understand and comply with quality, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.

2.Job Requirements

Education: College/University degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related fields.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in QA/QC in manufacturing companies.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with international quality standards such as ISO, HACCP, BRC, and quality control tools.
Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, Communication and teamwork skills, Report writing and data analysis skills.
Attention to Detail: Ensure product quality meets standards by carefully examining minor details.
High Sense of Responsibility: Take responsibility for product quality and prevent errors during inspection.
Proactive and Flexible: Actively identify and resolve quality issues.

3.Benefits

Salary: 9 – 15 million VND/month
