Position: Quality Control Staff – Mixing & Blowing Process

1.Job Description

a/ Mixing Process:

Inspect mixed materials, mixing quantity, mixing formula, and mixing time according to production orders and quality criteria of the mixing department.
Monitor contamination of colors and previous batches before, during, and after the mixing process.
Ensure accurate recording and reporting of data for each stage and each product code as per the production order.
Control material loss in each production stage of the mixing department and promptly report any incidents causing losses to the company management.

b/ Blowing Process:

Inspect machine parameter settings to ensure they comply with the manufacturer’s standard regulations.
Check if materials for each blowing machine are placed in the correct position as per the production order (including packaging production, sample production, and mass production).
Monitor film quality throughout the blowing process and after completing each roll.
Inspect print quality, print specifications, and maintenance of printing rollers after the blowing process.
Ensure accurate documentation, classification of waste and finished products at each stage for each product code and each blowing machine. Pay special attention to verifying core labels, waste labels, and roll labels according to company regulations.
Supervise the arrangement of finished product rolls in the designated storage area after production.
Strictly control the wrapping and cleanliness of rolls during production and storage.
Monitor and prevent any concealment of defective products or waste materials within the blowing area and storage locations.
Report any unusual incidents during shifts and random inspections to the blowing department manager or machine operators.
In case of major defects, create a non-conformance report or incident report, notify the QC department manager and company management, and isolate non-conforming products in the designated area for further action.

2.Job Requirements

No prior experience required.
High school graduate or higher, preferably in packaging or plastic product-related fields.
Basic knowledge of product quality control.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
Good teamwork skills.
Strong ability to monitor and manage work efficiently.
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly responsible.
Good health and ability to work in a production environment.
