Position: R&D Staff

1.Job Description

Develop new products according to the company’s/customer’s objectives.
Research and improve existing products.
Provide expertise and consultation on raw materials, additives, packaging, and production machinery.
Analyze competitors’ products to develop effective product strategies.
Provide technology consultation and transfer.
Perform tasks as assigned by superiors.

2.Job Requirements

Male/Female, under 35 years old, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Technology, Plastic Chemistry, or related fields. Preference is given to graduates from Polytechnic Universities or the University of Science.
At least 1 year of experience, preferably in R&D and production of chemical industry products.
Agile, flexible, with logical and systematic thinking.
Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively.
Knowledge of chemical and plastic industry standards.
